pretty but ugly

I was a very pretty and confident girl. I started using Betnovate for some weird reason. prob for a fairer skin which i did not need. i used it for a very long period and now my skin is ruined. it has soooooo many spots numerous acne. although im visiting a dermatologist but it,s not helping. ppl tell me that Betnovate caused thinning of skin and now nothing can help you. its ruined permanently. my life has come to an end
