Acne Mask

In my opinion, acne fighting masks have not gotten the attention that they deserve. One of the reasons for this is that there are too many types of other facial masks which have left women disappointed because they failed to deliver what was promised. The other reason is that most women and men are simply not aware that these products exist and are quite effective for relieving inflammation and pain resulting from acne lesions; not to mention they have excellent bacteria killing properties.

There are number of products which exist on the market. The one that stands head and shoulder above the reset by quite a margin is the ZenMED Botanical Acne mask. This particular clay based mask is formulated using ingredients such as chamomile and witch hazel which are two of the most popular agents for reducing inflammation and pain often associated with acne pimples. In addition, it also contains skin friendly agents such as Salicylic acid and citric acid which work together very nicely to exfoliate the skin and giving it a clear beautiful looking complexion.

Personally, I find the combination approach works best for me. The gel works great from removing excess oil from the face and giving your skin an even rather than a shiny look. In addition, although the mask is meant to treat facial acne, I’ve use it on my butt and upper shoulders when I have acne breakouts in those areas. Surprisingly, the results are really good.
